Year 0 (last Year):

• Genesis of the project :

  • Whitepaper,

  • MVP development with Aragon, Ceramic network and lit-protocol.

Year 1 (now):

• Initial Development Phase :

  • Constitute a founders team composed of developers and investors.

  • Develop the core functionalities, led by a small group of founders, establishing:

    • the Projects Board to list launched projects.

    • for each project, the basic Proposals Board (facilitating proposal creation, discussion, and voting) and the Dao Board (display the project's current status) to promptly distribute NTT for contributions.

    • treasury functionalities to be able to deposit currencies into DAO's treasuries and allow NTT conversions.

    • Implement user profile pages (using ceramic DID) and management features.

    • Conduct system tests to ensure functionality and reliability.

• Regulatory Compliance: address regulatory compliance issues

  • are NTT (non-transferable-token) security tokens?

  • work regulation in international decentralized context?

  • Define an appropriate legal status for Dbrains.

• Initial Funding : explore possibilities for initial funding to support project development and sustainability:

  • Private investors

  • Grants (lit-protocol, ceramic-network, blockchains…)

Year 1-2 (now and later):

• Community Building and Engagement :

  • Enhance the Discord Server and implement community management tools.

  • Extend invitations to individuals from relevant Discord groups to join the platform when ready.
